Title: Bookkeeper and Executive Assistant
Reports to: Finance Officer/CEO
Status: Part-time Non-exempt 24 hours

Scope: Mountain Resource Center is a community-based non-profit organization that provides bundled services and integrated case management to families in need. Our “Inspiring Hope, Resilience & Independence” vision provides accessible health and human services to people living in Conifer, Evergreen, Bailey, and surrounding communities to foster more self-reliant and healthier lives.
Position Summary: The Bookkeeper and Executive Assistant is responsible for providing support to the CEO and Finance Officer as it relates to administrative functions and tasks. The Bookkeeper and Executive Assistant will also complete tasks related to Deposits, Accounts Payable, and Cash disbursements.
