Position Summary:
The Lead Teacher for our award-winning Colorado Shines Level Five preschool works closely with the Preschool Director and Paraprofessional to ensure that the classroom is engaging, processes are followed per State Licensing and Curriculum, and assessments are completed correctly and on time. This position will also serve as a substitute for the Director when the Director is not in the office for the required hours per State Licensing.
Part-time, 24 hours/week

The Grant and Development Associate will support the organization’s fundraising, grant management, and community engagement efforts by coordinating grant writing and reporting processes, maintaining grant records and deadlines, conducting funding research, and assisting with donor and sponsor relations. This position works collaboratively with leadership and program staff to develop compelling grant proposals that align with organizational goals and community needs. The role also supports the planning and execution of fundraising and community events, contributes to marketing and outreach efforts, and helps strengthen relationships with funders, donors, and community partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and possesses exceptional written communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
