At Catholic Charities Immigration Services of Denver we are doing everything we can to continue to serve clients amidst the stay-at-home order issued by the state of Colorado due to the COVID-19 epidemic. We understand the uncertainty and financial upset many people are currently facing. To continue our commitment to serving some of the most vulnerable members of our community, please note the ways in which we are currently offering to assist individuals seeking immigration legal services:
*FREE phone consultations: Individuals may call from the comfort of their own homes, at a conveniently scheduled time to seek information about their rights and remedies, how they may strengthen their case, how public benefit use may affect them, or how we may assist with current or future applications for immigration benefits.
*NOMINAL FEE legal services: As a part of our mission to serve low-income and indigent immigrants, we remain committed to charging only nominal fees for any applications we are able to file.
*FREE assistance for Citizenship applications: Now through the end of June, we are offering free assistance with the preparation and filing of Citizenship applications.
*Assistance with FULL or PARTIAL USCIS Fee Waivers: USCIS is still offering full or partial waivers of the associated fees for many benefit applications and we are continuing to help applicants with fee waiver requests.
How YOU can help: If you know of anyone who may benefit from our free consultations, please have them call our office at (303) 742-4971.
